This is a 1992 Gibson J-2000, It's in great maintained condition especially for a 26 year old acoustic. A few finish cracks can be found if you look carefully. No cracks in the wood. Gibsons master luthier Ren Ferguson was asked to design and build the ultimate master grade, all purpose guitar. This first series ran from 1991-1992 later to be reissued. Rosewood sides and back, Sitka spruce top, slim mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with a 12" radius. Green Abalone trim around the body, neck and head stock inlays. Scalloped and tapered braces that are hand tuned, Has piezo bridge pickup with 9 volt battery, end pin jack. At that time, this was Gibson's most expensive flat top in the companies history.This guitar has very low action and plays easily.
