Vintage BETSY WETSY Ideal Corp VW-2 Vinyl Sleep Eye 13" Collectible Baby Doll - $20 - (Ruston, LA)

I don't know why she's called Betsy "Wetsy" because this one does not have a place to go "Wetsy" from. ???? Red Mani-Pedi that I have not tried to remove. I have not given her a good cleaning and I don't know if all the spots, nail polish, or discolorations will come clean.
