This item came out of a hardware store that closed in the North St. Louis area.Unsure of the exact year of making. Computing scales began to be invented around 1847. Stimpson invented a computing scale that weighed the items and priced the items in one step - hence the name 'profit' regulator. Measures about 34" x 16" x 22" Please note - this item is untested due to way too much damage on electrical cord.I do not know if all parts are present - see pictures for what it comes with on sale.Shows age, wear, tear, dents, dings, rust, scratches, missing color, and the like.Not mint - used.Glass is also missing color. **Local Pick - not able to ship due to size/weight** Pick up of item(s) is in 62298 - bring help and packing material.
