It is made in Switzerland. it comes with a needle installed in the unit and one foot attached to the machine. It has some other feet that say number 4, 5, 3 on them. It comes with a couple of spools, a small little tool. On the other side, there is another compartment with a small screwdriver, wrench, bobbin holders and other small stuff. We tested it out and it works great. It comes with everything pictured. It comes with the carrying case that is yelllowed from age.
