Antique vintage farm tool barn cleaning gutter scraper? Homemade Wood Handle - $8 - (Evansville, MN)

This item has a 15” wide blade and I think was maybe used to scrape a barn alley or gutter. The handle is homemade and not a factory turned handle. It is solid wood and has some crooks and slight bends, really neat item. The length of the item is just over 3’. See pictures for description and thanks for looking.
