This very beautiful French Tete Jumeau doll is referred to as" Bebe Reclame " A very special and wonderful BeBe by Emile Jumeau , about 1890/95 She was special edition of Tete Jumeau create and sold in the 19th century at the Paris department stores as well Samaritaine , Printems and other..... This special doll are the standard " Tete" model but without mark from the head. Her bisque head and paperweight eyes are perfect. The last photo shows a red line on the head. I guarantee this is not a hairline crack.She has a marked body with its original finish. Besides being beautiful this wonderful doll is all original with her Jumeau dress (one recently sold on Rubylane for $550), Alart marked shoes, underwear, and socks. The dress is sewn on so I did not remove it. The dress has been mended in a few places but it shows well. I did not remove the shoes so I would not risk breaking the fasteners.
