Antique Early Century Peter’s International Shoe Co Boots With Box NEVER WORN! - $250 - (Fulton, MO)
Absolutely amazing pair of unworn early century Peter's Shoe Company Diamond Brand boots by the Peter's Branch of the International Shoe Company which was located in St. Louis Mo. I do not have an exact date on the boots however the Peter's Shoe Company merged with other shoe companies in 1911 to become the International Shoe Company. These boots are from somewhere between that time and the early 1920's. These have never been worn and were not even laced up when I purchased them. There are a few areas of the leather which have faded over time (understandable at over 100 years old!) and a few scuffs from the boots rubbing against each other inside of the box. There are a few glue spots inside of the boot, not visible from outside. All have been shown it the pictures provided. No strong odors of must or smoke. There is absolutely no sign of wear on the soles. These boots feature a different type of sole than average boots of the time, those being the impossible to find "Light Tread Triple Wear" soles trademarked by and exclusively for Peter's Shoe Co These boots come with the original box which has significant wear. These were sold at "Burkel & Bosh" shoe store in Jefferson City, MO Boots are not sized however measure 10.75" from heel to tip and 3.5" across widest area. I wear a US women's size 7 and these fit me however they are narrow and would not fit a wide foot. They are 8" tall from heel to top of boot. Please be sure to ask any and all questions prior to bidding on these boots as I will not accept any cancellation requests for bids placed and won. Sale of these boots is final as I have described and included pictures of every detail and returns or refunds will not be accepted.
