237. A Lederhosen, complete with shoulder/chest straps for a child. - $50 - (Lively, VA)
The size of this lederhosen is not marked within but its measurement by tape measure is 20". Its length is 11" and while I believe these have never been worn, they are rather stiff as if they were exposed to moisture/water. They are not damaged, just stiff. I'm certain that they could be made supple by manipulation. These are the older style leather pants of the 50's-60's. They still retain the makers golden metal tag which reads "Bergfreund" which translates to read, "Mountains Friend" There are some cracks to the leather shoulder/chest straps. These adhere to the old style Lederhosen and are nicely appointed and detailed. You can't wear these things out-they're great for rugged out doorsie boys. This is a durable heavy weight leather.
