Unit works well and I printed off some user instructions for you. NO SD CARD OR ADAPTOR INCLUDED. NO BATTERIES INCLUDED, unit has wear from use and this comes with no power cord. Theres a section of the instructions that says "The unit does not have a built in speaker. You will need to connect headphones or external speakers to the zooms phones/line out jack (S) to hear the recording." This means the speaker does not play back sound, only records.
