This frame was handmade in 1970. It does not include glass or backing. Outside edge measures about 10" wide x 17" tall. Inside edge measures about 11.25" wide x 14.25" tall. Has a few nicks here and there, but overall very nice! Please examine the pictures closely as they are the best indicator of the condition and the majority of the description.
