The cabin was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. Title page reads: More Ben Hunt Whittlings – Published by The Bruce Publishing Company, Milwaukee, c. 1947 Contents include: Neckerchief Slides – Rattlesnake & Crows’ Skull Neckerchief Slides; Birds – Miniature Decory Ducks, Owl, Green Cormorant Female Cardinal, and Male Cardinal; Animals – Norwegian Pigs, Otter, zebra Colt, Buffalo, Rearing Horse, and, Bull Moose; Human Figures – Ethiopian Boy’s Head, Indian Head, Mountaineer Moonshiner, Little Fisherman, and, Buccaneer; Groups – Canoe in Rapids, Indian Travois, and Mexican Oxcart; Caricatures – ‘Houn’ Dawg’, Big Bad Wolf, and ‘Drizzly Bear’. There are many black and white illustrations and photos throughout. This 107 page, 10 by 7 inch hardcover is in fairly good condition. The pages are clear and the binding is solid. There is a slight break in the inside front cover hinge. The green cloth cover with the image of a moose on the front cover has a bit of wear along the edges.
