Vintage Handmade baby Doll Dress with Lace Trim For Doll of Approx 16" - $10 - (Big Spring, TX)

This beautiful handmade vintage baby doll dress has a pink and blue floral print on a white background with long puff sleeves and a pleated, full skirt portion. The neckline, sleeves and hem are all trimmed in lace and there is a pastel blue ribbon at the neckline. In very good condition with no tars or stains 12" long and 9" across front from armpit to armpit. I would think it would fit a doll up to 18", but please measure for best fit
