This sale is for a Beautiful Cobalt Blue Sponge ware Teapot w/ strainer and Lid ; 2 double ring handled mugs ; a Covered Sugar bowl and Creamer. These are marked on the bottoms as being made by Bennington Potters Bennington , Vermont. Some of the marks are hard to read but they are there.The Teapot is 6 1/2" tall to top of the handle, 6 1/4" across the pot , and it has a notched lid that slides in and covers the removable strainer basket that is made from clay( the strainer is clean as a whistle so I do not believe this was ever used). The pair of mugs are 4" tall and have the number 1340 under the Bennington Potters mark. The ball shaped creamer is 3 5/8" tall and 4 1/2" across from spout to handle. The ball shaped sugar bowl is 3 3/4" across and 3 3/4" tall to top of lid. I see no damage on any of this , and all items are sold together in one lot.
