Numerous HB hallmarks.Collection History/Provenance: From the estate of George Ramey formerly of Wise County Virginia.Details: Classic form trade cross of Lorraine. Produced by the Hudson's Bay Company and subsequently traded to the Native American Huron Indians for theirs furs and wampum. The fox in circular cartouche is an early mark of the HBC. Conjoined HB marks. Crown cartouche is probably a tax stamp. Excellent patina. Good overall condition. Very fragile.
