Grommet Crimper (Bench Mountable Type) - $13 - (Manton, MI)

I believe this tool is a grommet crimper that you can mount on your bench for replacing grommets in tarps or anything like that. It does say "Patd." on the side of it but could not find any numbers on it. If you have a better idea what this tool may be, please let me know. All the parts move up and down and it looks like it works right, but I know very little about this tool. Please look the photos over before bidding. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this item. I also do combined shipping if you purchase more than one of my items.
