1950s-1970s? Embossed Leather Folding Chair-Hand Tooled Aztec/Inca Design-Peru - $1,195 - (Marshall, MI)
From what I could find on the internet, I believe this chair was made in Peru in the 1950s, 1960s, or 1970s. Very nice looking, except for the broken webs. The Aztec or Inca design that is hand tooled into the leather back is pretty cool. The high back seems less common for this era, as shorter versions are easier to find. Still folds well. Please see pictures and condition description above for condition. Overall it is 43 inches tall x 25 inches wide x 30 inches deep. The back of the chair is 33 inches tall (measured from the seat). The seat is 17-1/2 inches deep and 22 inches wide. The front of the seat sits 17-1/2 inches from the floor. The back of the seat sits 12-1/2 inches off of the floor.
