It is clean, both inside and out. The outside case shows normal signs of use (light scuffs, scratches).This computer was tested ONLY by powering on and booting to Windows 95. Floppy drive was tested and works.The CD drive *did* work, but the tray stopped working during testing (it may be an easy fix). Keyboard and mouse ports seem to be in good condition. Keyboard and mouse are NOT included. Shipping: I can often get a better Fed-Ex rate than what eBay will quote you. If this ends up being the case, I will refund the buyer the difference via PayPal.
