SERVICED Vintage Lighted Realist WHITE Button 3D Stereo Slide Viewer ST61 + SLIDESVIEWER HAS BEEN SERVICED, TESTED & WORKS GREAT!___________________________________________________ I've collected 3D Stereo items for the last 30 years. It's come time that I pass along these hard to find items to someone else to enjoy. This is a mega rare battery operated Realist WHITE Button Stereoscopic Viewer Model ST 61 which has been completely tested, serviced and is in complete working order! manufactured by David White Company made to accompany the Realist Stereo cameras. I've been unable to find the exact ratio of red button viewers to white button viewers, but the white are very rare in comparison! The viewer comes with 12 Realist format slides in Kodak red bordered cardboard mounts. Condition of the Viewer:The lenses are clean and clear and the focus adjustment and interocular adjustments work perfectly. I have gone through the viewer, cleaned the lenses and all electrical contact points, put in a new bulb and tested it thoroughly - It works GREAT! The viewer has been used and does have some very slight wear, but despite these very small imperfections which are so small they don't show in my photos, there are NO cracks or chips in the bakelite. After being serviced, it has at least another 60 years of use left in it. I have removed the two "D" size batteries so it didn't jump up to the next postage price level. Not only is this one very rare, but it is in excellent condition! Condition of the Box & Manual:This original bottom for the 1950s box for the Realist Viewer is in very nice condition, unfortunately the top part of the box is missing. The original instruction manual is complete and in great condition, but has been read through a few times. All information is contained inside to use and maintain your viewer.
