This is a DoughPro Model DP--1100 counter top, manual Pizza Press. Used in Pizza Biz, works great. I was only open a couple months in 1997. It's been in the closet since. I notice a discoloration on the lower plate (see pic) I pressed at 160 degrees which worked perfect for me. I was pressing pizzas up to 22 inches. (extra-large). I have some pizza boxes 22 inch, 18inch,16inch,12in I'm throwing in for free not part of sale. Exterior is in Excellent condition. Heating element works great. Just warmed up you might say. Bilingual original Manual and other DoughPro info that came with it included. . It weighs 175 pounds and will be crated when shipped...which is on me.
