AMAZING 1860s ANTIQUE WATERBURY NY WEIGHT DRIVEN OG OGEE WALL CLOCK 26” Works RP - $130 - (Bozeman, MT)

This is a very cool old mahogany weight driven wall or mantel clock It was made in New York in 1863 It was made by WATERBURY CLOCK CO. It is a 2-Weight driven OG OR OGEE STYLE REVERSE PAINTED CLOCK IT IS IN POOR CONDITION SHOWING FAIRLY SUBSTANTIAL WEAR. It is in working Condition and has the original key to wind the springs . It seems to keep fairly accurate time. Not sure if the chime works but I believe all the parts are there this clock has been repaired through the years , some parts have been replaced and or repaired with solder etc It also has most of the original directions and labels from WATERBURY NOTICE THAT SOME OF THE VENEER IS CRACKED OR SEPARATING FROM THE BOX THERE IS A SELLER ON EBAY THAT SELLS REPLACEMENT PICTURES FOR THE REVERSE PAINTED PART THIS ONE IS THE CLASSIC BORDER WITH TWO GREY OWLS IT MEASURES ABOUT 26” x 15.5”x 4.5” and it weighs about 14 lbs Please see pics
