Texas Corn Roasters are built from 14ga steel inner and outer walls, the top is 12ga and the machine is Double Walled and Insulated all around. We use a 2x3 rectangular tubing for the Frame, Heavy Duty 3500lb. Axle, 15in Steel Belted Radial Tires on Chrome Wheels, Heavy Duty Bulldog Coupler and Jack. Every Machine comes with a V.I.N. and M.C.O. to make Registration simple. Machine Features: 3 Sinks, faucet, 6 gallon hold tank, 12 gallon drain tank, Hot Water Heater, 12 volt Water Pump, and a 12 volt Battery enclosed on front of the machine. Two (2) burners each controlled separately with a safety valve and pilot light for each burner. Two (2) 40lb Propane Tanks mounted on swing out arms. Polished aluminum diamond plate on fenders and front of machine Stainless steel mounted on rear doors Top storage rack. No chain drive. The chains have to be greased every time you use it, the grease will burn off during use plus the smell could possibly affect the taste of the Corn which may or may not be Healthy.
