Maintenance fees $499/ year Hickory Resort in Ocean Springs MS I use RCI which is used to exchange your timeshare ownership for time at other resorts around the world (they have over 4300 affiliated resorts in over 110 countries).    Their website is really helpful and their vacation search engine is very user friendly as well. I have paid up for 3 vacations ($1500) I can transfer my RCI membership paid up to feb 2020 (no extra cost). We will use Crown Resorts Ltd to do deed transfer. Selling because we can no longer go on extended trips.
