Clean inside, and with normal signs of previous use, such as fading to the sign, scuffs here and there as shown, and the pan underneath needs cleaning.The sign is back lit fluorescent, and there are fluorescent fixtures on the inside of the doors near the hinges to light up the interior. No lamp is in the sign, one door fixture is empty, and the other fixture has a tube in it that isn't working. The one tube is probably blown, but I don't have the proper lamps to test the lights with, so the lighting is untested.
