It has 2 side pockets that zipper close and are Velcro to the side of the bag so you can remove them to use the items in side. One side pocket has 3 divided files for smaller papers or sticker books. The other side pocket has 2 rings to hold sticker packs on them or can be used for storage for EHD or other electronic accessories. There are 2, 7" wide by 7" tall pockets that Velcro to the inside wall that zipper shut and have a see through front. They are great for brads, embellishments, or charms. The inside of the lid of the tote has storage for 24 pens, scissors or smaller tools. There is also a board that holds up to 36 pens, scissors, or small tools. There is a Velcro divider that can be place in any position in the the tote. There is also 4 zipper pockets going around the inside lining of the tote, 2 can hold 12 x 12 paper and the other 2 can hold tools and accessories. There is a clear pocket on the front of the tote. There is a Disney's Tinkerbell and blue flowers design on the top of the tote. Measurements: Outside measurements of Tote 16" tall, 15 " wide without side pockets, 18" wide with side pockets on, and 9" deep, and 10" deep including handle. telescopic pull-up handle reaches 34" tall. Preowned item, in used condition. All zippers close and open smoothly and Velcro holds tight. There are signs of use such as scuffs, stains, and marks on the fabric. The wheels move smoothly, and the handle goes up and down easily. IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS, A USED ITEM THAT HAS SOME WEAR AND SIGNS OF NORMAL USE. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
