1960'S RENWAL THE VISIBLE AUTOMOBILE CHASSIS UNBUILT IN BOX NO. 813 - $750 - (Buffalo, NY)
Up for your consideration is a 1960's Renwal THE VISIBLE AUTOMOBILE CHASSIS all plastic model assembly kit, Kit # 813. When built this model is over 3 feet long. The box has been opened but the kit appears to be completely unbuilt and unstarted with most of the parts bags still factory stapled shut although a few bags have been opened but parts appear untouched. The kit includes glue which is sealed in factory bag along with small parts and springs etc. The kit also includes the instruction booklet, small booklet and a sheet as seen in 8th photo. The box is in good condition but it does show some wear in spots and some moisture stains from years of storage. Some of the metal clamps that hold corners together have some surface rust. One corner is starting to separate. I took photos of the worst areas on box. The box is otherwise in excellent condition and colors are still bright. Kit was issued in 1960's. This is a hard kit to find especially in this condition. Please note: I did not take a part for part inventory so you are buying it AS IS with no guarantees of being 100% complete although it appears to be complete. It looks like it was looked at a few times and put in storage. There are absolutely NO returns if any more parts bags have been opened or parts removed from sprues. Please make sure you want the kit before opening the inner bags or taking parts off the trees. What you see in the photos is what you will receive, no more, no less.
