Good used condition. its untested because i dont have the time/expertise to properly test it. but if you have issues with it i will pay for return shipping. It had a verizon sim card when i got it. I'm not sure if its usable or not, but assume its not. other than that its in good condition with two antennas and a metal mounting piece. you'll need your own mini USB cable for power. see pics for full cosmetic condition.
