This Limited hand-made addition of Ford's “40 Years of Thunder” commemorative set of three Classic Thunderbirds, '55, "56. "57, was made especially for the Classic Thunderbird Club International Convention held in Dearborn in 1994 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Classic Thunderbird which came out in 1954 with 1955 titles. This three model collector set of Thunderbirds 40th anniversary was a limited edition consisting of all three years of the classic two passenger Thunderbird. All of these models were hand made in Bath, England of white metal, instead of being mass produced in die cast metal like other companies. The 1955 with hardtop is finished in 1955 Thunderbird Blue, The 1956 convertible is finished in 1956 Sunset Coral, and the 1957 Thunderbird convertible is done in Azure Blue, all are authentic Ford colors for their production year. The MODELS and BOX are in MINT condition. The BOX is in EXCELLENT condition. The cars are packed in their original box and packing. They have only been unpacked for inspection and these photos.
