Rack worked fine when taken out of machine. Does not include anything other than rack. There is a small area of rust that has formed in one area (see picture) and one of the tines is currently loose and one has already broken off. All wheels are installed and work fine. No other issues noted. Sold as is. Cross Reference Information Part Number WPW10525642 (AP6022640) replaces W10525642, PS11755976, W10199774. Genuine Whirlpool part.
