Full Moon Guided Meditation w/Crystal Singing Bowls - N.A. - (Hamburg, PA)

On this beautiful full moon, our crystal and gemstone fusion singing bowls in a guided meditation will help you let go, rebalance, and energize in our Reiki-infused, welcoming environment. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Optional: To get the most out of this activity, we suggest you write out a list of your goals and cherished dreams ahead of time and bring it with you for a focal point of your meditation. Doors will close and meditation will start at 7pm.
