I’m guessing the age at 1940s simply because that is when I was in elementary school and I’m an antique. Let me know if you have a better estimate of age. Each pair is 4 inches long. The one with painted red handles and embossed “leaf” design is stamped USA on the inside of each blade. The one with green handles is stamped with crossed palm trees and Germany on the outside of one blade. Note that both are worn, the green paint is “chippy”.
