Comes with Sega CD Console, steel joining plate and screw, small joining plate and 2 screws, extension spacer, 2 small connector plates, AC adaptor, sound mixing cable, Sega cd user manual, and Sewer Shark game disc (no manual). Also, 3 bonus games are included: Slipheed, Dracula Unleashed, and Ecco the Dolphin. Note: the tabs that connect the cover of the game case broke off and were replied for Slipheed, and Dracula Unleashed has a crack in the front cover. Everything has been tested and is working.
