Hard to Find (I only found one link for this bear leading to the VTB Co., and the page would not load. Which leads me to think this bear is retired?) Cute Bear for the Artist in your life. Legs are jointed and movable to sit or stand. He has on a little french beret and his painters apron. Around his neck is his paint pallet.
