A Beam Press is typically used for its ability to assign a medium-large amount of force to a large cutting area. Typically this press works well for just about any application since you can assign the full pressure to small dies, or distribute the pressure across entire platens for larger products. A fully automatic beam press comes fully equipped with material advancement. You can simply enter the amount of cuts you would like to perform, and let it operate. The easy touch-screen (HMI) controls allow for incremental, digital adjustments to reduce waste and increase product output. Pneumatic pinch rollers are attached to the back of the machine for easy auto-feed with automatic material advancement.
