The reverse is interesting but we will began with the obverse. It obviously has lamination issues on the front and you can't tell it in the photos but he also has a perfect C on his chest. The reverse has an odd error that will be one of a kind. If you look between United and the shield you will see some kind of odd marking. It looks like a worm right side up and if you turn it upside down it looks like a tornado. Why is it one of a kind? The object has been struck over. Look at the one in one cent. It has been struck over this odd object. This is a planchet error not a process error. The odds that will ever again are slim and none. Check out the black and white photo of the obverse.
