Museum W. Sharp Giant Sterling Silver Carved Pearl Dove Squash Blossom Necklace Handmade by William Sharp, this sterling silver squash blossom style necklace is an absolute masterpiece. Each of its blossoms features intricately carved mother of pearl doves with detailed curved leaves over oxidized settings with empty space bridged by gorgeous coils. The giant lower pendant has three carved doves of its own, the largest of which can be turned and rotated to simulate flying. Three complete strands of handmade bench beads complete the necklace to perfection. The necklace measures approximately 26" (66.04 cm) from end to end and weighs 225.9 grams. The "naja" pendant measures 3 & 7/16" tall (8.73 cm) and 2 & 5/8" wide at tis widest point (6.67 cm). The beads measure 5 mm in diameter, and the back is signed William Sharp and tests for sterling silver.
