The Progressive Farmer was a leading publication for rural and suburban Southerners in the Post-War era. This is a great example of post-War modern architecture that dominated suburban America in the decades following World War Two. This is a home plan book, though there are no blueprints in this book; you had to order those separately. Catalogue is in great condition and is a great example of a guide to homes that created the modern suburb. You won't be disappointed!
