Based on Sumner Locke Elliott's 1963 novel "Careful, He Might Hear You." Two sisters are locked in custody battle over their young nephew PS, who has been raised by his Aunt Lila since his mother died after his birth. When her sister Vanessa returns from abroad, she wants custody of PS because of her wealth and the opportunities she can afford him. The film version of the novel was finally made in 1983, titled after the novel and unrelated to this screenplay. Joshua Logan is a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer, best known for his musicals such as "South Pacific" (1950), for which he also won a Tony Award for Best Director. He later wrote the 1958 film rendition. Set in Australia. Red titled wrappers.
