Vintage 15" Plastic Doll w/Movable Mouth and two curled fingers on right hand - $14 - (Wamego, KS)

Approx 15" tall. Cotton stuffed. Has an elastic string coming out the top of his head with a steel ring for hanging? Movable mouth(ventriloquist?) And two fingers on right hand are bent over. Seems odd the manufacturer would go to the trouble.
