This is a GE General Electric 3-5301S Compact Cassette Recorder With AC/DC Converter, looks like it came out in 80s or 90s. It is still sealed in package, but packaging does have some wear with bending on corners, some yellowing of plastic due to age, staple in middle bottom on cardboard, but looks like it has never been removed from packaging or used, still has instructions in back, ready to open and use!!
