SCARCE LOT 2 Vintage WWII JAPANESE Silk Textiles Valance? 2 PC - $14 - (Sierra Vista, AZ)

This two Japanese silk textiles appear to be some kind of hanging drape like a valance, I am am not really sure what they are used for. (if any experts out there know what it is used for, I would appreciate contact.) There are little loops that must attach to something. They have two different designs. One is floral; the other has a dragon. One measures about 6 1/2 X 53; the other is about 6 1/2 x 50 inches. There is some light spotting from being in storage for decades. Would have it dry cleaned to spruce it up. Otherwise very condition with no tears. Overall very nice condition considering it has been 65+ years. Happy to send more photos. I have more of my dad's Asian collectibles from WWII up for sale including a primitive tool from New Guinea, an obi, and a silk embroidered robe. See my other items.
