In very good condition for being 164 years old and double sided..This coverlet has been well taken care of and stored in a smoke free home. Measurements not counting fringe are approximately 78 1/2" wide by 84" long. It is white with navy blue in colors and is reversible. Can be displayed on either side. On both sides, there is on one corner that reads (coverlet) - M. Stein Hilber- (Weaver)- Covington, Miami Co. Ohio 1852. It has designs of three rows of large navy blue magnolias with white stems and also with large blue leaves and white stems. Along two sides are flowers running on a vine- the two sides and bottom have fringe, the top does not. well woven and heavy. This is a antique coverlet that would be extremely hard to find in this beautiful condition.. What a part of history to display on your bed or a quilt rack. Payment is due within three days.
