Vintage limoges ?hand painted Covered Casserole dishw/handles - $15 - (Quincy, IL)

This is a vintage covered casserole dish. I am not sure if it is Limoges, it looks like it is but no markings that I can see other than a very difficult number on the bottom. I think it reads 525 not positive.
