Two very lovely plates from Theodore Haviland, Limoges France. Porcelaine. Also stamped Higgins & Seiter New York on the bottom of one plate. They measure 8 3/4" across. They are decorated with lovely delicate flowers in pink, yellow and green, with a gold painted filigree rim. They are in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or breaks or any utensil marks.
