The corded distributed filter houses electronics known as a "distributed filter". The filter allows both voice and data signals to travel over the telephone line. This device filters the data signal so that only the voice signal is passed through on the phone. The installation instructions are on the front of the package. It is UL listed. I have 4 of these and I will combine shipping if you would like more than 1. I bought a box of items from a closing Radio Shack Store. These are NEW OLD STOCK items I have here. These items are sold in "As Is" condition. As you will see in some of the photos, the plastic has yellowed, the boxes may have some dents, scratches and may be discolored, but the item is still new.
