This Carlisle and finch 8" search and signal light is fully functional. Model S97033, 115V , serial number 65416. Manufactured 1990. Approx 15" front to back of handle, 20" tall , mounts to 1 1/2" dia. pipe. Weights approx. 40#. Minor surface scratches in paint, glass is perfect, shudder works properly even with the tip of the left side shudder handle broken. See last picture of the broken handle. Easy to replace, but does not effect the shudder function as is. Carlisle and finch is the premier signal search light manufacturer, still in business providing lighting to government , corporate and private entities.
