This is a scary creature named "Rock Man" from the "Fantastic Four". Made by Toy Biz in 2005 and Marvel. He's 14" tall and made of heavy rubber, indestructible. He has a voice box on his midriff but he doesn't talk any more. He has a place on the bottom of each foot to put in batteries. I don't see another one like him online, so he must be rather rare.
