For your consideration is a miniature Satsuma sake or tea pot decorated in a cherry blossom design. It has a braided Kane handle and all over gold gilding. The under stamp reads R.P.C. Kyoto with signature. It measures 3-1/2” in diameter and 2-1/4” from base to the top of the lid. The condition is excellent used. There is a very faint hairline crack to the right of the spout. It does not show a chip at either end most likely is from the firing process. Other than that there are no nicks, chips, scratches or flaws. It is a beautiful item.
