MJ Research PTC-100 Thermal Cycler The MJ Research PTC-100 Thermal Cyler is a robust thermocycler that operates with 96-well and 60-well microplates. This thermocycler is reliable and easy-to-use, while also offering various temperature configurations from 0°C to 105°C with temp accuracy of ± 0.3°C. The PTC-100 has a heated lid for oil-free operation, which allows for convenient pressure and height adjustment via a thumbwheel. Crafted to withstand repeated cycling, the PTC-100 thermocycler can follow any temperature sequence up to 10,000 times and can store material indefinitely at any temperature, allowing for highly accurate incubation rates. The MJ Research PTC-100 can store approximately 320 programs and comes with 14 pre-programmed protocols. Due to the PTC’s power-failure protection feature, data is safe after power interruption for up to twelve hours.
