It was cut with the correct tool made by a pen-tool maker to cut the washer to about 9/32" or close to 7.2mm with an inner punched whole of about 2mm; please see photos. And the correct thickness. 2 Seal that for the capsule or packing unit 2 Washer to close the capsule. Returns not accepted; item sold as is.
