Here I am listing 3 Plunger Washers to repair Sheaffer Vac-Fill pen's plunger washer. They were cut with the correct tool made by a pen-tool maker to cut the washer to about S= 9/32" or close to 7.2mm, M = 8.33 mm, and L = 10.03 mm with an inner punched whole of about 2mm; please see photos.
